Parties Definitions:
In this Agreement, sarawat-sa.com (Sarawat Electronic Store) shall be referred to as "The Store", "We", "Us", or "The First Party". Any individual or legal entity visiting, using, or purchasing from the platform shall be referred to as "The Consumer", "The User", "You", or "The Second Party". These definitions are binding and govern the interpretation of all terms within this agreement.
Article 1 - Definitions:

• (The Consumer): Any person requesting a product or service.
Article 2 - Legal Capacity, Measurements, and Color Variance:
1. The consumer acknowledges having the legal capacity for commercial transactions (18+ years old).
2. Measurement Clause: The consumer acknowledges full responsibility for accurately reviewing product dimensions before purchase. sarawat-sa.com shall not be liable for the product's incompatibility with space requirements or its inability to pass through entrances. In such cases, the consumer bears all shipping and return costs.
3. Color & Shade Variance: We strive to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, actual colors, shades, and fabric textures may vary slightly from the digital images due to photographic lighting or monitor display settings. Such slight variations shall not be considered manufacturing defects.
Article 3 - Nature of Obligation and Installation:
1. The store's obligation is to provide the product as described.
2. sarawat-sa.com does not provide installation services at this stage unless explicitly stated. Assembly is the consumer’s responsibility.
Article 4 - Inspection and Warranty:
1. Delivery Inspection: The consumer must inspect the product upon receipt. Damage due to shipping must be documented on the delivery receipt immediately. Signing the receipt without remarks constitutes acknowledgment of the product's sound condition.
2. Warranty: We guarantee freedom from manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover misuse or incorrect assembly.
Article 5 - Custom-Made Products:
Products manufactured or modified based on the consumer’s specifications (Custom Orders) are non-returnable and non-refundable, except for proven manufacturing defects.
Article 6 - Force Majeure:
sarawat-sa.com shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, war, public health crises, customs delays, or global supply chain disruptions.
Article 7 - Accounts and Registration:
The consumer is responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and the accuracy of provided information.
Article 8 - Intellectual Property:
All images, designs, and content on sarawat-sa.com are the exclusive property of the store.
Article 9 - Governing Law:
This agreement is governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Article 10 - Shipping via Local Freight Carriers (Al-Mukhrijin):
1. Service Nature: The store provides shipping via local freight carriers to offer competitive rates for heavy items. These carriers do not provide digital tracking; tracking is conducted via telephone with the carrier’s office.
2. Collection Point: This shipping method does not include home delivery. The consumer is responsible for collecting the order from the carrier’s warehouse in their city.
3. Shipping Fees Note (Important): The consumer acknowledges that shipping fees for this method may not be included in the online store invoice. In such cases, the consumer is obligated to pay the shipping/handling fees in cash directly to the carrier’s office upon collection.
4. Proof of Dispatch: sarawat-sa.com's liability ends once the shipment is delivered to the carrier and a physical waybill is issued. A photo of the waybill will be provided to the consumer.
5. Carrier Selection: sarawat-sa.com reserves the right to select the most suitable carrier for shipment safety. Adhering to a specific carrier requested by the consumer requires the consumer’s formal acknowledgment of full liability.
6. Liability Waiver: By selecting this shipping method, the consumer waives the store's liability for any delays or damages resulting from the carrier's policies.
